COMPLAINTS

1. The Vendor is responsible for incompliance between the goods and the agreement within 2 years of the purchase date.

2. The customer, when filing a complaint, is asked to send the goods together with a filled in complaint form and proof of purchase to the following address:

3. Solar shall consider the complaint within 14 (fourteen) days of the date of its filing.

4. If the complaint is considered in the Customer’s favour, Solar will repair or exchange the goods subject to the complaint for new ones, with full value, or refund the value of the purchased goods.

5. If the complaint is considered valid and the Customer is awarded a cash refund, the cash will be transferred to the bank account number provided in the complaint form within 7 days of complaint consideration.
