We receive your data during signing up in our online shop, registration in the Customer Loyalty Programme and in connection with the transactions (both online and offline) and the subscriptions you have made.

When, why and what data do we process?
1. Online shopping
1.1. In order to place an order in the Solar online shop, it is necessary to submit the following personal data:
Name and surname, delivery address, billing address, email address and phone number.
If you wish to receive a VAT invoice, it is necessary to provide the company name, address and the VAT ID number.
1.2. In the event of a complaint or a withdrawal from the contract, if the payment has been made on delivery or via a traditional bank transfer, in order to receive a refund it is necessary to submit the number of the bank account to which we will send the refund.
1.3. In order to create a customer account and display order history, it is necessary to submit the following data:
Name and surname, email address, phone number.
To sum up, the personal data specified above is used to process your online orders and withdrawals from the contract, to send notifications about delivery status or in the event of any issues related to the services we provide. We will use your personal data to manage your payments. We will also use your data to process complaints and display order history, as well as any settings made after logging into the customer account and we will not use them for any other purpose.
Submitting the above data is voluntary, however, it is necessary to process your orders. If you do not agree to submit any of the data specified above, you can make a purchase in one of our stationary shops.

In order to participate in the Customer Loyalty Programme you need to submit your name, surname and at least one contact information (email address, phone number or correspondence address). You can also submit your date of birth. Submitting the above data is voluntary, however, it is necessary to participate in the Customer Loyalty Programme.
Participation in the programme enables you to subscribe to our newsletter or to receive SMS messages about new products and promotional offers by selecting the relevant fields on the participation form.
Your data is processed as long as you participate in the programme. You can withdraw from the programme at any time by writing to us at: firstname.lastname@example.org, by calling +48 61 871 69 95 or by submitting a written statement in a stationary store.
If you are interested in receiving information about new products, inspirations, and promotional offers from Solar Company S.A., you can subscribe to the newsletter on our website.
